　　 Alpacka Rafts are designed to be paddled with breakdown kayak paddles. A good paddle is as important as a good boat. We stock only paddles that we ourselves use and recommend.

Factors to consider:

Weight. Lighter paddles aren't merely easy to carry, they also have higher "swing speed." Durability. A broken paddle in the middle of nowhere can be a nightmare. Price. Paddle price is determined by the materials & technology involved in production. Packability. How well does it stow for travel & trekking? Your Specific Boating Activities. Your intended activities, boat, and body type will ultimately determine which paddle type and length gives you the best value.
